• Guest will earn reward points in each transaction in any restaurant in India.
• The Points will be earned as per the Example given above table.
• Guest will be able to redeem the earned points in any Reward point activated partner restaurants
• The amount accrued as per the points will be used by the guest for the final billing
• Guests can use a part or the full accrued amount to settle the final bills.
• The accrued and selected amount will be deducted from the final bills.
• The summary of the bills and used reward points will be always available to view.

Book a table in a restaurant from the Sortyfy App. Subsequently, you can choose your favourite food in “Add Menu” section and select the dishes. As per the menu selection, you will be able to see the bill amount on the screen, conform the amount and pay through the Payment gateway with your convenient mode UPI/Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking etc.

You can cancel your booking through the app or website by visiting the “Profile” section. However, we discourage to pay cash but if you have paid cash wanted to redeem your table amount the you can send the bills to Sortyfy. We will raise the point with restaurant and if restaurant agrees to get it settled then we can adjust your table amount in wallet. Once you’ve dined through Sortyfy, you can ‘Upload your Bill in contacts us section. Follow the steps and just make sure that the bill images are clear along with the proper bill number, restaurant name, date, time and amount. Handwritten bills or manual entries will not be accepted.
